We recommend the Qiagen QIAquick PCR purification kit (Qiagen, Germany) with an elution volume of 30µl.

Especially for samples with low microbial load, we achieved the best results with this kit.

We cannot recommend enzymatic purification methods or RapidTip PCR purification (Diffinity Genomics Inc., USA).
